Guys! I was so pumped with the “turnout” yesterday. Way to get after it! I’m going to be asking you guys to try to get outside on nice days and get in some running. And Wednesday will be nice! I know some of you are on semi quarantine, and I know the kids are home so it’s hard to go out. But, go to the end of the driveway, pace off a hundred big steps. We’ll call that 100 meters. So there and back is 200m. Done!

Or, if you can get 40 minutes to yourself and get to the track, even better.

I really want you guys getting outside and breathing and getting Vitamin D! It will do your mind and body good.

So Wednesday is Running Annie. If you can’t leave the house and can’t run but you do have some type of cardio equipment, go hard on that equipment for 2 minutes

If you don’t have a jump rope, sub jumping jacks.

You might have to run into and out of the house to get all this done. But that’s okay, this won’t be easy but we can get our work in! Will you look crazy? Sure. But you probably are so go with it.
