Our coaches not only are highly experienced and motivating, but are here to help people get the results they want from CrossFit. We are here to increase self esteem by providing a strength and conditioning program that will get our members strong and fit. Our program efficiently combines the most effective training methods of Weightlifting, Gymnastics, and High Intensity Cardio.
The community aspect of CrossFit is our greatest strength. At CrossFit there are no ego’s, no room for bad attitudes. Those type of people just don’t last here. We are supportive, we are competitive, we are strong, we are humble, we are athletes….we are CrossFit.
Our facility is located at 809 Middle Country Rd, St. James NY in a 4,800 square foot facility that is 100% CrossFit. We have a 44 foot pull up bar station featuring 10 squat racks as well as many olympic bars, bumper plates, kettle bells, medicine balls as well as other CrossFit equipment. There’s plenty of space to spread out and train hard.
