Try to follow the CrossFit games. It’s a great way to get a look at what we do but on a higher level. You can pick up all kinds of techniques and strategy tips by watching!
Next week I’ll be programming the Flex Strength complexes during the week. Also, let me know if there’s any interest, but I can definitely add some open gym time on Saturdays after class if you want to bring your teams in and work through the Flex wods.
