May’s PR board was full by the end of the month !!! The June Pr board is up and filling fast!!!

The Paleo Challenge is officially over!  I’m really proud of all of you that hung in there for four weeks and made some changes in your diet, training, water intake and sleep habits.  I’ve heard nothing but positive things all day.  Keep the momentum going!!  Please be patient while I go over everyone’s results.  I definitely won’t have the winner for a few days.
