The Paleo Challenge is officially over as of today!!!  I’m really proud of all of you that entered and stuck it out for four weeks.  I hope you have all taken something from this challenge and made some changes in your diet, training, sleeping ect… I know it’s hard to go all out 100 %, but if you take this challenge and continue at least 80 % on a daily basis, then it wasn’t for nothing.  Please hand in all of your food logs and finish up with the workouts, weight and measurements today.  Bring in your week 1 measurement and workout sheet.  If you can’t make it in today, feel free to do them Tuesday.
