Double unders are looking good!! I’ve noticed a lot of you still don’t have your own rope. It’s time to invest in a good rope and get those double unders down! If you don’t practice double unders, that’s probably why you don’t have them yet. Practice, practice, practice!! Make it a part of your warm up and cool down and be sure to stretch those calf muscles out before you start jumping rope.
