Again, a big thanks to Phil for bulldozing the lot today. I really appreciate it, as I’m sure so does everyone else who came to workout today. Sorry 5:30 am crew for getting out of bed early to train just to find a parking lot full of snow drifts 8 ft high.

By next Monday, February 1st we will be in our new home in St. James.  I will be adding another class at night. The new times will be 4:15, 5:15, 6:15, 7:15, 8:15.  I’ll also be adding a boot camp Monday,  Wednesdays, and Fridays at 10:30 am in six week sessions.  I have quite a few people interested already. This is a separate membership for non-CrossFitters. I’ll keep you posted on the details. Tell your friends!
