I hope you all had a great weekend digging out after the first storm of 2016. We are back in business and ready to workout!

Most of you know we are moving this weekend.  I’ve sent out a mass email and have texted those of you who I have not seen.  The gym will be closed on Saturday. Our new address is 809 Middle Country Rd in St. James. If you are available to help with the move, the more hands the better. I’ll keep you posted as to the time we will be making the move. I’ll post pictures of the new space too. The second bathroom is being installed and walls have been painted.  I’m super excited about this new location. I hope you are too!
