Yes, it’s cold!! Don’t make that an excuse to miss out on a workout. Just a reminder, the 8:30 am class and 10:30 open gym are closed just for this week. I will have more details on the Nutrition Challenge coming up by the end of January. Time to get back on track and focused on what you eat day to day for a short 6 weeks.
Please be aware of the snow and dirt tracked in. If you can, please change into a pair of sneakers that aren’t full of snow and sand until this all clears up. I would love to keep the floor looking clean while this mess is on the ground.
