Just because Kristin, Mike and myself are competing at Flex on the Beach, don’t miss your workout. Joe G will be your coach, so don’t take a rest day. He rocks!! When you finish up, come out and hang out with all the Flex teams. We will be there early to get a spot on the beach. Bring your beach chairs and hang out with us. It’s going to be a great day! All of the teams have been working hard together for weeks. I’m super proud of everyone participating and representing Thor Fitness. Now let’s kick some ass!!!
