No builds today, let’s just get some honest back squat work in. Grind these out and get some work.

10 Goblet Box Step ups (Light DB or KB)

10 Unloaded Alt Reverse Lunges

Part B

Back Squat

4 working sets of 5. Same weight. Grind and take two to three minutes rest in between sets.
