Alright so I saw this on the CrossFit Twitter account a few days ago and thought it was awesome. Read through it, think about the movements and pacing and and how far you can get. Treat those wall sits as accumulated time. If you have to break, that’s cool. It has a little of everything. Concentrate on those push-ups!
And guys, feel free to experiment with your own programming. I’ll put a second blank wod on SugarWod everyday. Put up what you did if it wasn’t the Thor Fitness Wod or if it was in addition to the Thor Fitness Wod. I’m curious to see!
