After warm up and strength we will have two workouts. The first is a re-do of 18.2 and “Plan B.”  Arrange judging ahead of time if you are interested in a re-do. The 5:30 am class is super busy, so make arrangements to do it later on in the day. Again, this year there were many of you who did not sign up for the Open. Every single one of you can do this!! Everyone!! It’s not just about competing. It’s about getting through these workouts together as a CrossFit community. And that’s how we do it at Thor Fitness. I’m super impressed and excited about the new members who have only been here for a few months and are competing in the Open as well as those who are in year 8 with me. That’s a long time!!! Keep up the good work. If you opted out yet another year this year … no more excuses. Just sign up and do it next year! You’re doing it anyway, right???
