40 Minute workout for BLAZE. There are 5 stations. Each station is 4 minutes. If you get the work done, you get rest! We’ll go from one station to the next and proceed through the entire circuit two times. We’ll be going out the front door for the farmer’s carry and keeping the KB’s on the mats by the assault bikes.
