Our skill work on the handstand push ups and progressions were a success! Many of you did your first handstand hold, kipping hspu, wall walk, handstand walk ect. Give me some feedback on what you’d like to work on next.

Also, I would like to do another athlete profile. Any volunteers? It’s only 5 questions!!!
