Happy Monday everyone!! No strength today.  We won’t be lifting heavy shit. We’ll be doing some skill work focusing on the handstand pushup and  walking handstands.  Let’s work on the wall climb, kicking up to a hspu, hspu negatives and hspu’s from the floor as well as kipping hspu.

And on another note, I would like to host another CrossFit BBQ at my house.  We had such a great time last year that I would like to open up my house once again and get together for a night of eating and “drinking” healthy beverages.  I think Saturday, August 15th will be the day I would like to have this get-together.  I’ll keep you posted.
