This is a rainy day repeat from May. With this EMOTM we are working for :30 seconds of the minute and then resting until the next minute.
Minute 1: Max Jumping Lunges for :30 seconds
MInute 2: Max Situps for :30 seconds
Minute 3: Max Push-ups for :30 seconds (yeah I know but we can do push-ups everyday)
Minute 4: Max Double under, or singles, or jumping jacks for :30 seconds
