So guys! This is Memorial Day weekend coming up. This is the weekend we normally all get together and do Murph. I’ve talked to a lot of members and a lot of you will be hitting the workout with your friends and other members. This is great! Just be safe. Everyone has access to different equipment but I’ll be posting an equipment free version of Murph on Thursday night as a suggestion to do this weekend.
