Hey guys. Don’t forget our updated schedule for this weekend. No SHRED. We have regular CrossFit class at 9 and 10 on Sunday. No Open gym.
Wednesday’s wod is a repeat. Come on in and give it a shot and work on that barbell cycling! Let’s keep that bar close to the hip. These high rep hangs are a great opportunity to practice concentration. Focus on a cue that’s important to you and try to execute it with every rep.
