First and foremost thank you to everyone for blowing up my FB timeline with birthday wishes.   I love you all.  Thank you for being a part of the Thor Fitness family.  You guys all rock.

And on another note, awesome overhead squats today!!!  I’m really proud of everyone’s progress performing one of the hardest most technical exercises.  Also, there are quite a few new faces in the gym.  Let’s make them feel as welcome as you were on your first month at Thor Fitness.
