10 Front squats (off the rack if you are going heavy) on minute 10

8 Front squats at minute 8
7 Front squats at minute 7 …. until
1 front squat on minute 1

*** Every time you have to put the kettelbell down you will perform 5 burpees.
*** Every time you put the bar down (no dropping from full extension) you will perform 5 V ups
My favorite part of the workout was trying to get my fingers to open for burpee’s. That was fun!
I went to get some milk at the supermarket after doing this I almost had to put the gallon done. I was shook I thought I’d have to do burped if I did.
