Hey guys. Let’s get the ropes out. I’d like to stay with single unders a bit for Tuesday to keep the cardio paced properly.
I’ve been doing longer steady state cardio wods and the key is not to gas out and keep these rounds repeatable. Today is long. No score just restorative cardio. Heart rate should stay even for 25 minutes.
2 Minutes single unders
1 Minute Jumping jacks
1 Minute plank
1 Minute air squats
