Okay guys, I want to give you some pulling exercises but everything I’ve seen is a little dangerous. Some of the at home solutions are pull-ups on a door frame, inverted rows under a chair, using a towel in a closed door and doing the ring row motion. It’s all a little sketchy. This weekend if it’s nice definitely try to get to the monkey bars at the park and get some negatives in or figure out a way to get some rows in. If you have KBS or DBs or a barbell you’re good. If not you can do DB rows with a filled gallon jug. Let me know if you come up with something good! Send me a video!
For Tuesday, however, no more running. Legs and abs.

2 alt step ups (use a chair, coffee table, or stack something up)
2 air squats
etc. . .
If you go fast, this will add up and be a good one.
