Hopefully some nice weather today guys. Let’s get to the track! I really like this one but it’s all running. There’s plenty of time to rest so put everything you have into these intervals. Let’s see if we can establish a nice benchmark PR for the 400m today.

Make sure you stretch the groin and hamstrings before starting. I recommend a jog, including some backwards jogging. And also some inchworms and Samson stretches.

1 Minute rest

100 Sprint

This can be done on a treadmill or even on a bike, or other cardio equipment that can measure meters.
