Just a reminder starting this week there will be 6:30 am class on Monday, Wednesday and Friday’s. Tuesday and Thursday are closed.

Also, don’t forget to pre-register for Shred on Sunday’s on your TRIIB app. You can not just show up the day of, and if you won’t be able to make it, please unregister the night before by 10 pm and not the morning of. Some people are on a wait list and will be notified by email if someone cancels and they are automatically registered. There is a new 7 am class now. If attendance does not keep up, this class will be closed out.
