I’m really proud to see everyone come in and tackle Filthy Fifties. This is an iconic workout that has been around forever. I hope you are all keeping track of your workouts, PR’s and especially benchmark workouts. If you are not on Sugar wod, download it today. It’s a free app. Be sure to join the Thor Fitness team. This is not only a wod tracking app, but a community builder within the gym as well. It enables you to keep track of your workouts, but more importantly give your fellow CrossFitters a “fist bump” to show your support for them.
