Great job tackling 100 pull ups or ring rows on Wednesday’s wod! To avoid those annoying rips. Do not use a lot of chalk and keep your callouses trimmed down. I personnaly use the  pedi egg. It’s available on Amazon and is super easy to use. Otherwise try a pumice stone to keep the callouses trimmed down.
