Okay guys, BLAZE Thursday. Let’s get our cardio in plus a little core and leg work to go with it. Remember these are not AMRAPS, in that we are NOT trying to go as fast as possible. They are just circuits that we are doing for 9 minutes at a time.

Station 1

10 reps of 2 jumping lunges + 2 jumping air squats

1 minute Rest

14/10 Cal Assault

10 Rotating pushups

Station 3

9 Minutes

14/10 Cal Ski

10 Crunches

10 Reverse Crunches

10 V-Ups

Rest 1 Minute

Station 4

10 Cal Row

6 Burpees over the Rower

10 Ring Rows
