Push Jerk Complex

1 Push Jerk + 1 Push Jerk + Split Jerk

Work to a heavy complex

Part C

Death By DU and TTB

Minute 1

10 DU’s, 2 TTB

Minute 2

15 DU’s 3 TTB

Minute 3

20 DU’s 4 TTB

Continue pattern till failure. If you can only get one or two DU’s, make it 1 DU per minute, then 2, then 3.
