Hey! Loved what I saw on Saturday. Unbelievable effort and fight from everyone who came in.

Some of our regular 7am Shredders aren’t around tomorrow so I’m cancelling the 7am class tomorrow. If you get shut out of 8 or 9, shoot me a text and we’ll work it out.

I’m also thinking of moving SHRED to Saturday and using Sunday for Open gym and/or a lifting class for the summer as Open gym was popular on Monday.

Next, tomorrow is the last day for Valhalla apparel. . . .

On to the workout. . .

We did this SHRED workout about 3 months ago but I loved the stimulus so let’s do it again. Dual KB front rack lunges are a great a core exercise. Let’s hit it.
