We are in week three of the Nutrition challenge. I’ve noticed a lot of you have given up already or maybe having a bad start? Week one was great. Everyone was super motivated to make some important changes to their diet. Points were being recorded and training was consistent. Well, week two was a totally different story for some, but not all. The sheets by the whiteboard for week two are pretty empty. Let’s get back on track and focus! It’s not too late. There will be a cash prize at the end for one male and one female. Get back on the wagon people!! If you don’t see the sheets on the board to record your score, then look in the manila folder on my desk and feel free to make your recordings. 

I will be putting in the T shirt/tank top order for the Open. The design is above. You don’t have to be registered for the Open to order one. Please do so by Monday. Cost is $20. Please have your money in soon. Thank you!
