125/75 Calorie Bike, 100 Power Cleans (135/95)
125/75 Calorie Bike, 80 Push Jerks (135/95)
125/75 Calorie Bike, 60 Front Squats (135/95)
125/75 Calorie Bike, 40 Clusters (135/95)
*** 100 cal bike for mixed teams male/female. Scale the weight accordingly. You can set up several different weighted bars but only one athlete works at a time on the bar.
Athlete 1 bikes while athlete 2 and 3 work on barbell and switch on and off. Athletes rotate and break up reps as they see fit.
