The new peeps participating in the six week challenge have finished their first week of Elements and are really excited and scared at the same time to start classes. Let’s welcome them and put them at ease. Remember your first class after Elements? It can be intimidating, but these newbies are ready to go!! I’m very excited for them.
Steve and I will be building weightlifting platforms today at 11. If you are available to help out for an hour, that would be a great help.
