CrossFit WOD:

“Team Murph”

Teams of two complete the following:

1 mile run (each run 2 x 400 meters alternating)

5 pull ups, 10 push ups, 15 air squats (alt. rds until completing 20 rds)

1 mile run (each run 2 x 400 meters alternating)

Athlete 1 works while athlete 2 rests.

If you do not want to team up with someone (and I say this because some people stress out when it comes to team wods), then feel free to cut the workout in half.
