Remember we have regular Crossfit at 8 and 9 with Coach Matt.

And . . . we have partner Rowing Murph. You can split this up however you want. For example you might want to split the row into 500’s and then trade rounds of Cindy, etc.

You can partner with 3 people and two can go at once etc. Talk to coach if you have questions.
