Kind of a big day today. The first news in a while! Governor Cuomo announced this morning that they will be sharing the protocols for opening gyms on Monday. We don’t know exactly what this means as far as a date. There could be info on a date as well, but at least on Monday we will know what we are dealing with as far as protocols. So the plan is to get the requirements, do what I have to do inside the gym, adjust schedules based on requirements and then get it going!

We haven’t done this in awhile. Let’s get 30 minutes of moderate cardio in at the track, treadmill or on the road.
