Hey guys! Shout out to Kelly who got a pistol today! What a great use of quarantine time. Working on a skill. I love it. Great job Kel!

So how about trying getting upside down on a wall, pistol, double unders. These are all skills we can work on during this time. There are tons of resources out there for progressions on these movements. If you give any of these a shot, take a video and send it to me!

So Saturday is supposed to be cold and windy so we’ll stay in again.

**Anything with some weight will do. A plate, a DB, a loaded backpack. Challenge yourself with a water jug if you have water delivery! With regard to step ups, if you don’t have something safe to step on, sub alt forward lunges.
