This one will be fun! Doors open at 7:45. Heats start at 8:15. Let’s get in and get warmed up and hit it hard. If it’s possible, try to get in Saturday or for Open gym on Sunday to get judged. If you can’t, no problem, but with these longer Open wods, it’s tough to judge more than one person during Monday classes so the more we can get done over the weekend the better. Thanks!


We should have a lot of RX scores. Step ups are RX and the weight is manageable to start.
