Well, there it is guys. Simple in concept but a lot of work. But, we’re prepared. We’ve had lots of work cycling moderate weight, even during strength. And we’ve had lots of practice doing burpees over! So let’s put it together and work till the end and leave no reps on the table.
So, doors open at 7:45. We’ll try to run heats starting at 8:20 and get them going every 20 minutes until we’re done. If you have to get in and out, come in early and sign up for a heat. Otherwise, there’s plenty of time to show up when you want and get it done. I think we can get everyone done before 11.
