Happy Monday everyone!  I hope you had a great weekend. I have a great week of workouts planned.  This is week five of our linear strength program.  Next week we will go for a 1 RM on the front squat, back squat and deadlift.

EXTRA CREDIT:

With a ten minute clock every two minutes perform 150 meter run.  Max out on push ups.  Put your total number of push ups on the whiteboard.
