Okay this is listed with two separate sets of numbers. Let’s call it advanced and intermediate. You can go intermediate the whole way. Or start with advanced and see how long you can hang on and drop down if it gets too spicy. FYI, completing all ten rounds RX seems like it’s semifinal level fitness. I’m planning on seeing how long I can go, taking a full round off and dropping down if need be.
