Wow. Some great work to end the week. I saw lots of great front squat PRs on Friday, and awesome efforts on Saturday and Sunday, We’ll be moving to a back squat build starting soon along with some accessory work to support that.

Let’s stay above parallel for Monday and give those legs a break. However, we have a great Open Wod, 18.1, one of my favorites. Come on in and get it done. Open wods are a great challenge and a great opportunity to see where you are in the world. Those leaderboards are still active on the Games site so you can see where you would have stacked up!
