This is a good time to get comfortable under the bar with OHS. If you are scaling, this might be a good opportunity to use an empty barbell (45/35) and work on getting full range of motion and reaching full depth. This is significantly more beneficial that loading up with weight and not getting low, or reaching full extension at the top.
