Great week at Thor Fitness. Our new Concept 2 bike ergs are in and people are already getting some good work done with them. We’ll get them in the programming this week but jump on one after a wod and check them out!
For Strength we’re working the power snatch. We’ll be hitting 5 sets of 2 at 75% of our 1 rep max Power Snatch. This will be EMOTM style with cardio built in.
