I hope you all had a great weekend!  This time of year I’ve noticed that many of you are not as motivated as you are in the warmer months to get to CrossFit on a regular basis.  The cold weather and lack of sun definitely has an affect on my motivation to workout.  Plus many of you have been sick on and off over the last few weeks.  Don’t let this get you down.  We only have a few weeks before the nasty weather lets up.  Hang in there!!  Here is a great article on how to beat “The Winter Blues.”

    The article is so true! As soon as I started getting back into my regular workout routine, I started to feel more motivated at work as well!
