Happy Monday everyone! We are in our new location at 809 Middle Country Rd in Saint James. Our new hours start today. Morning hours will remain the same. I’m adding another evening class. New hours will be 4:15, 5:15, 6:15, 7:15 and 8:15 on Tuesdays and Thursdays.  Don’t stress about getting to class on time. I know it might take some time getting used to another location. Don’t stress!!! If you’re late, you can skip strength and warm up. You can always do strength after class. Or you can pick up where the class is at. See you tomorrow!
