I’m excited to let everyone know that starting next Saturday, December 6th @ 10 am our Weightlifting class will be reopened. Santiago will be coaching olympic lifting and weightlifting as well as skill work every week. This class will be open on a trial basis for one month. If there is lack of attendance, it will be closed.
Also, as of this week the 7:30 am class is closed.
