This is the second to last week of our front squat build. Let’s push these heavy doubles and really set ourselves up for a big single next week.

Part C today is our first chipper since we’ve been back! So let’s make it exactly that. Let’s chip away. If you want to attack it that’s fine. But if you’re intimidated by the numbers, just take it slow and break everything up into manageable sets.

Also, I’m working with SugarWod on some upgrades to increase functionality. You might see it looks a little different. More to come on that.
