The 2014 CrossFit Games Open wod 14.2 has been announced!!! Click HERE for the standards video.
SKILL:
Take 15 minutes after warm up to work on overhead squats.
If you are not competing the workout will be scaled and modified.
WORKOUT 14.2
Every 3 minutes for as long as possible complete:
From 0:00-3:00
2 rounds of:
10 overhead squats
10 chest-to-bar pull-ups
From 3:00-6:00
2 rounds of:
12 overhead squats
12 chest-to-bar pull-ups
From 6:00-9:00
2 rounds of:
14 overhead squats
14 chest-to-bar pull-ups
Etc., following same pattern until you fail to complete both rounds
MEN – includes Masters Men up to 54 years old
95-lb. overhead squats
Chest-to-bar pull-ups
WOMEN – includes Masters Women up to 54 years old
65-lb. overhead squats
Chest-to-bar pull-ups
MASTERS MEN – includes Masters Men 55+
65-lb. overhead squats
Chin-over-bar pull-ups
MASTERS WOMEN – includes Masters Women 55+
45-lb. overhead squats
Jumping chest-to-bar pull-ups
For those not competing in the Open the workout will be scaled and modified!! I will be judging tomorrow all day at every class. I have about 12 of you signed up already. I have no one in the 6:30 am class signed up. If you want to come in to be judged at that time, let me know. I will also be judging Saturday starting at 11:30 am. Sign up at the gym for a time. The last day to do this workout will be on Monday. Do not wait until the last possible day to do this workout.
I rarely wish to be two years older but wow, the weight drops a whopping 30lbs!!
