The CrossFit Games Open 2016 is underway. The first workout has been announced, and it’s a good one!! Every Friday I will be posting the open wod for the next six weeks. Those who are competing have until Monday to get you workout judged and validated by Monday 5 pm. We are all doing the workouts regardless if you are registered to compete or not. There is a scaled division as well as masters divisions. Good luck to everyone!!

CrossFit OPEN WOD 16.1

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:

25-ft. overhead walking lunge

8 burpees

25-ft. overhead walking lunge

8 chest-to-bar pull-ups

Men lunge 95 lb.
Women lunge 65 lb.
